Each product is crafted in finest quality fabric by our artisans and delivered to our customers only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process. The process is implemented at each stage of production, starting from sourcing the fabric, all the way down to the final two checks before it finally reaches our warehouse.

There is no minimum order value. However, a flat delivery charge of INR 100 is levied on every order.

The delivery address of your order can be changed only if the order has not been shipped yet. You can track orders from your account section of our website.

The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

• Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit
• The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.

All “The Karagha Tales” products are made of the finest quality fabrics. Our products are carefully crafted by our artisans and go through strict quality control before shipping. Considering the confidence in the quality of our deliverables, we do not extend the return facility for our products. Also, our endeavor is to offer our customers the best prices in the market, because of which we have not accommodated the return cost involved in the process.

Your purchase is qualified for an exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect item has been delivered to you for example the item doesn’t match the product in the order confirmation email.
• If the item you get has a genuine quality/manufacturing fault.
